Administrative Technology provides every customer (Student, Faculty, Staff, Public) with access to a wide variety of technology driven information and learning resources.

Our mission is to develop, implement and ensure effective delivery and operations of Highline Community Colleges technological resources and to enhance technological capabilities.

Highline IT Helpdesk

Administrative Technology and Instructional Computing have teamed up to create the Highline IT Helpdesk. 
The Helpdesk provides one point of contact for all of your campus technology questions, needs, and requests.  With e-mail, phone and webforms for submitting tickets getting help has never been easier.
